Recommended to my daughter and I by a shop owner in Angel Fire and boy was she right! We ordered the Pat Garrett biscuit and gravy bowl and the Billy Wilson pancakes with Nutella cream. Literally the best, most unique brunch I’ve had to date. The server, an enthusiastic foodie, was so kind and helpful and genuinely proud of the food he was serving. A truly enjoyable, delicious way to end our ski trip. Will be stopping here every time we quest into NM.
Wonderful experience, I will make a point to stop here anytime I'm in the area. The breakfast was amazing! I've never tasted pancakes better in my 40 years of life. I highly recommend this restaurant! The friendly staff was warm and inviting. I would give it 6 stars if possible.
This restaurant is a treasure nestled in the foot of the mountains. Great twists on American favorites will delight your taste buds! Owner and the gang are personable and friendly providing excellent service and delicious eats! Atmosphere is laid back and cozy! Thank you Rhonda for a great breakfast, I can't wait to come back!
Our Philmont Scout Crew had an AMAZING breakfast here at the end of our trek. This is a fantastic alternative to enduring one more meal at the Philmont Dining Hall. Everyone loved everything they ordered, including huevos rancheros, biscuits and gravy, a double-later egg and bacon sandwich, huge pancakes, etc. And despite the very generous servings, all ten plates were empty in minutes. PHILMONT CREWS — this is a HIGHLY recommended way to end your Philmont experience!!! Note to owner — I would recommend posting a photo of your new menu on this Google listing. I forgot to take one to add.
Stopped for breakfast after our stay at the St. James Hotel and were so impressed! Food was incredible and Mike was friendly, attentive, and kept my coffee full. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town!
Great breakfast. Enjoyed the eggs burritos gravy pancakes crepes, Pat Benit was all good. Great stop after Red River & Eagles Nest on way out of town to home! Highly recommend. Bathrooms clean! Forgot to take pics. Only food left. EDIT: came through again on our way back from Skiing at Red River, NM. Food still fantastic. I remembered this time to take pics before it all got devoured. Our hostess Winter was very sweet.
We stopped in for breakfast on our way back from Angel Fire and were not disappointed! The biscuits were some of the best I’ve ever had and Rhonda’s Famous French Toast (with Cajun syrup) was delicious. The family loved the Little John and the burrito would be perfect to take to-go. Good coffee and good conversation with Rhonda, the owner, topped off a very enjoyable breakfast. We’ll be back!
Delicious variety, prepared well and large proportions, with friendly and welcoming staff and atmosphere. Looking forward to the outdoor seating on our next visit!
